Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of chemical and fuel-related products, opened, used, or tampered items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
