Bison Power ships orders within Egypt only, unless otherwise agreed in writing for B2B customers.
Orders are processed within 2–6 business days. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless a shipping error occurs on our side.
Due to the nature of chemical and flammable products, some items require special handling and approved couriers. Delivery delays may occur due to regulatory or safety requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Bison Power is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.
